Hello TLGTA Members!
On Sunday,
July 20th, TLGTA will be making a trip to the Toronto Islands for our annual Island Tennis Picnic and Hanlan's Point Social.
Bring your friends, significant others, appetite, tennis racquets, swimwear (for Hanlan's), towels, frisbees, lawn darts, footballs, soccer balls and hula hoops if you got'em. We have confirmed with the City of Toronto at least 2 courts are up and running which is great news for social doubles tennis.

Area beside the Tennis Courts
Cost
$7 for Toronto Island Ferry (return trip included)
Ferry Schedule
Ferry to Hanlan's Point departs at 8:45am, 9:30am, 10:15am, then every 30 mins
You can also check the ferry times at the City of Toronto website, please check this link for times.
*** Take the Hanlan's Point Ferry. It is closer to the tennis courts. ***
Food & Drinks
We will provide sandwiches... We ask that each of you
bring a side dish or dessert and your beverage of choice!
Beach
We encourage you to bring a bathing suit and towel. We will play some tennis and other games, eat, and then head to the beach.
Pride Night @ The Rogers Cup
ALSO... we will be raffling off two Pride Night Rogers Cup tickets (Wednesday, August 6th) for the Silver level with cocktail reception. A value of $203. Raffle is for Current TLGTA Members Only.
Please RSVP by July 17th and let us know what dish you are bringing and if you are bringing somebody along as well. You do not need to be a member to attend our island social.
